Casino Regina was once Regina's Union Train Station, an important stop for travellers, settlers and goods making their way cross-country. In partnership with LGS, Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) operates seven casinos across Saskatchewan, located in:

- Prince Albert (Northern Lights Casino)
- Swift Current (Living Sky Casino)
- Yorkton (Painted Hand Casino)
- north of Carlyle (Bear Claw Casino)
- south of Saskatoon (Dakota Dunes)
